
You can view existing documents relating to an action by clicking on the Documents tab in the action. All members of a project can check in, check out and download documents attached to that project.

To open the document in another browser page, click on Download or Checkout.
- Download - Opens the document in a new browser page
- Checkout - When a document is checked out, other project members are unable to edit or view the set of documents. You can see who has the document checked out as the current user that has the document checked out is displayed in red next to the document name.
To view information on a specific document, click on the Document Name shown in the Document tab.
If you edit, amend or revise a document that you opened from this screen, you can bring the changed document back into the action by saving the document to a local drive, and then adding the changed document to the action.

Adding Action Documents
To add a document to the action, enter the document details in the fields provided, browse the local drives to locate the document, and then click Upload.
