Clicking on the Discussion tab in the action details screen opens the Discussion page. From here you can view previous discussions on a project action and add a new discussion note.

Discussions are notes on a project action. Project information recorded as discussions are included in Project Register Reports and can be selected for inclusion in Printed Action Reports.

The number of discussions relating to an action is shown in red on the Discussions tab.
